Bookings and service commitment
All tours are carefully planned in advance. We strive to provide exceptional service and will keep you informed of any relevant itinerary changes. Reasonable requests will be accommodated whenever possible.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by the customer are subject to the following charges:
- Two days before the tour date: 30% of the total booking cost
- One day before the tour date: 50% of the total booking cost
- On the day of the tour: 100% of the total booking cost
These charges reflect the preparation, reservations, and staffing required to deliver the experience.
Failure to attend the tour without prior notice is treated as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellations must be communicated by email or WhatsApp to be considered valid.
Weather and safety considerations
Your safety is our priority. Weather conditions are continuously monitored to minimize risks.
If a tour must be canceled due to unsafe weather or other conditions beyond our control:
- You will be informed as soon as possible
- An alternative date or experience will be offered where feasible
If no suitable alternative can be arranged, a refund or other appropriate solution will be discussed.
Changes initiated by us
In rare cases where we need to adjust or cancel a tour for operational or safety reasons, we will:
- Notify you promptly
- Offer an alternative or a full refund, depending on the circumstances
Refunds
Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
